Director - Corporate Communications, Sabre Global Development Center
Building a storytelling culture with employee involvement and empowerment
Employees aren’t just an audience to be communicated to – they are an integral constituent of the organization that can craft and curate the collective narrative and brand experience. Inviting, involving and empowering employees to share stories and be the brand ambassadors expects communicators to view the relationship with employees differently. By collaborating with employees, fostering positive intent and demonstrating progress and impact, communicators can be a catalyst of change. Also, by shifting mindsets, coaching staff and co-creating the narrative, the organization can build a transformational culture.
